Base power too low destiny 2
I also feel a little locked out of some activities as I'm only about 967 and things are now expecting me to be 1000 and I just get one-shot out of the gate. Everything going up in power has screwed me a bit as I finally see the Fallen Council on the Moon, but now I'm far too low power to solo them.
BASE POWER TOO LOW DESTINY 2 FREE
My brother in law thought the game wouldn't be something he would like, he waited till it was free and tried it and loved it so he bought the DLC, a couple of our friends did the same but didn't like it and they didn't buy anything for it.Ĭlick to expand.Enjoying it so far, I didn't like Seraph Towers until people worked out what to do and they become completable. It allows you to try the game and see if you like it or not, and to determine if it's something you want to spend money on or not. The "New Light" game was made free to bring more people to the game. So take for instance the "Last Wish" raid, I can do that but someone who only has "New Light" cannot because in order to do that, they would need to pay for the Forsaken DLC. There is no difference in terms of gameplay between the "New Light" version and the version of the game I have which has all the DLC, the only difference is that I can play anything and everything where as someone who has not paid for Forsaken or Shadowkeep cannot. There is Discord as well, although I am not a member of the Bit-Tech one iirc but if you have Discord then you can always find other people to play with and chat to in order to get to grips with the game.Ĭlick to expand. The "Basic" version is the original Destiny 2 game, the exact same version that people paid for but you get the first 2 expansions included, which again people paid for. The extra stuff that you will be missing, is basically activities, quests, guns, amour and a few other bits but I wouldn't buy them just for the sake of not missing out on something until you know if you like the game or not.
BASE POWER TOO LOW DESTINY 2 INSTALL
You don't need to install them seperately as all the DLC is installed as a part of the install process, but if you decide to buy the Forsaken and Shadowkeep DLC then it just unlocks with a reboot of the game. Then iirc you get put in to the tower, there is a person you can go to called "Amanda Holliday" in the tower and she will give you 2 or 3 quests, one of them is the Red War campaign which is the Destiny 2 base game campaign, then there will be the Curse Of Osiris campaign and then the Warmind campaign. Click to expand. If you install the "New Light" game, then you will need to create a character and run the into mission.
